  1. Dear Site-Specific

I reviewed your work in Baan Lae Suan and would like to consult building a few units via container-styled construction.
Is it possible to have me more information; how to build, who I can contract to build, etc.
    My mobile is 0867551515.
    Thank and sincerely yours.

  2. Dear Site specific
I work on low impact sustainability projects and am very interested in the possibility of making prefabricated hotel units. I would appreciate it if you could contact me so that we could eventually discuss your work and idea.
    Best regards

  3. I gathered that your company is on research. Do you have a design best for flooded areas that could accommodate 3-4 people? Most of the houses, where my lot is, were damaged by flash flood recently. The water was 1.5 feet high inside most houses and even higher in others. I’m planning to build my house soon if i can find a financing company that could lend me money to start with. I’ll construct first the roof, walls and toilet; the floor and the finishing will come later. I can only afford a small house just like the houses you featured here. My lot is 72 square meters. I’ve been renting a 1.5 x 2.5 room for several years now and I’m already excited to have my family with me. i’m working in the city and they are 100 kilometers away!

  4. We have seen the amazing work you have done with the containers transformed into great housing units. And we applaud your consistent efforts of resourcefully using products that are green and environmentally friendly in your projects.

  5. Dear Sir,
I too am looking to build my own house from shipping containers. I’m particularly interested in the small 2×20′ container house design recently widely seen on the internet. Are plans available?
I live with my wife in Southern Thailand. She speaks Thai.

  6. Dear Sir,
I saw your design, very beautiful house (containers). If I want build the same house for four people (3 bedroom). How much and how can I do?

    Best regards

  7. Hi,
My name is Barbara Nazarewicz and I’m a landscape architecture student at University of California Davis.
Currently I’m working for UC Davis in Collaboration with the nonprofit Save the Children on developing a design of a template school for West Sumatra to be replicated throughout the country. Our objective is to design a structure that will have modular properties, is earthquake proof, uses locally available resources [preferably a byproduct of some industry], is easy to construct and maintain, and affordable.
I’m interested in using shipping containers to construct the classrooms.
I was wondering if you were able to contact me and answer few questions:
    1. Are shipping containers available in Indonesia?
    2. How much would it cost to adapt the containers for classrooms? [we think that a typical school would have 4 classrooms that can seat 40 students]
    3. How easy it is to modify the containers?
    4. How does the modification influence the structural strength of the containers? [ is the structure earthquake safe?]
Please do not hesitate to contact me via email [bnazarewicz@ucdavis.edu]

  8. Hi, Mr. Chutayaves Sinthuphan ,
I am Luigi Innamorati owner and director of Andaman Boatyard in Jomtien-Chonburi. I readed about your houses built by container on internet. I write to you because we have a site on the river in Jomtien near our yard where I would like to fit two or three of your stylish houses for rent to tourists. The land size is in attachment in my email. reason to fit pre farbicated container is that we have title for this land but still not real chanote (even we have already house number) and my wife Panarat suggested to fit a prefabricated house. Do you will have time to visit our site and discussing about opportunity to build such houses on my land?

  9. Dear Chutayaves Sinthuphan,

I was very impressed with your shipping container home designs, particularly your latest project which combines containers with earth building.

I am the owner of an outdoor adventure and environmental learning camp. This is a 6.5 acre property by a river in Malaysia where we run whitewater rafting and other activities. Last year we built an earth house on the property which we are very happy with.

I am looking at building my own home there using a combination of shipping containers and earth building. I wonder if you sell designs and plans that we could use for our construction?

  13. Dear Chutayaves Sinthuphan,
I am writing now an article about the flood in Thailand last year for newspapers in Singapore and Malaysia.
